Is there a weight limit?
The weight limit for our products is 90 LBS. While you may find, as many of our customers have reported, the actual limit may be much more, we rate it at 90 LBS for good measure to ensure total safety and peace of mind for parents.
Are your products only for toddlers?
Our products are optimized for toddlers which we define as 1-3 years old. That does not mean that children of all ages will not enjoy them.
Can I leave these products outdoors?
These products are suitable for outdoor day use. It is not recommended to leave them outdoors over night or in wet or extreme weather conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we are only shipping within the US.
Do products arrive already assembled?
No products which require assembly arrive already assembled. All of our products are easy to assemble using simple ikea-like instructions and a standard Allen wrench which is included.
